    Lashawn Dreher is the Founder of BlkWomenHustle® — the global, all-in-one networking platform for a collective 110k+ Black Women entrepreneurs, professionals, and creatives.  She is also the Editor-in-Chief of EMOIR Magazine, and powerhouse Marketing Strategist amplifying Black Women’s voices and businesses. 
    Lashawn has facilitated workshops for thousands of Black Women entrepreneurs, educating them on evolving marketing strategies, curating memorable content, digital monetization, and effectively building social capital.
    Working with prominent clients, Lashawn has expanded audiences, curated nationwide events, tours, content, and campaigns, and organized partnerships with companies, including ESSENCE, The Sistahs in Business Expo, Meetup, and Thinkific. She’s grown digital audiences of 300,000+ for multiple women’s platforms.
    In April 2022, Lashawn launched EMOIR Magazine, the newest digital media company and interactive publication celebrating the ventures and success of enterprising Black Women. 
    Her notable features include recognition as a Gender Equality Innovator by Ticket Tailor and Women's History Month honors by Rolling Out. Lashawn’s energetic persona motivates Black Women to show up authentically to take action and authority over their lives. Her passion remains rooted in creating the spaces and opportunities they deserve to continuously make groundbreaking moves in business.
