    Rachel Irwin has over a decade of experience in special education and is currently a behavior specialist in San Diego, California. She holds a master's degree in special education from Indiana University. Having had an IEP growing up, Rachel brings personal insight to her work. She is married to her husband Jeff and has two children, one of whom has an IEP and behavioral needs. Rachel loves sharing her teaching knowledge and advocating for students with behavioral needs.
